Kent Henrickson

Tom went to the Cleveland Print Show yesterday and spotted work by an amazing artist, Kent Henrickson. This is Judith Solodkin from SOLO Impression Inc - she's holding the print we purchased, The Children’s Fable I (Pink). It's a lithograph on pink linen with digital embroidery. I loved everything at their table. Seeing his work combined with Emily's workshop last week has got my mind spinning.

Emily Felderman workshop

(photo: Charla, Karen, Emily, me, Carole, Helen, and ???!!!)
Yesterday I spent the day with some delightful ladies. The Cleveland Museum of Art hosted a workshop by Emily Felderman, a local textile artist. Her technique involves the accumulation of hundreds of teeny, tiny stitches. I'll post a photo of my piece when it's a little further along.
