Center for Creativity at the Columbus Museum of Art

I went down to Columbus yesterday for a "creativity in your life" conference. Artie Isaac was the main presenter - he was witty and entertaining and made the whole trip worthwhile. The keynote was Pullitzer Prize winner, Michael Chabon. He was also great.Fiber artist and professor at CCAD, Jon Wahling
Danielle, Janet and I participated in a breakout session on brainstorming.

Inspired by Julia Butterfly Hill - best known for living in a 180-foot-tall, roughly 1500-year-old California Redwood tree for 738 days between December 10, 1997 and December 18, 1999. Hill lived in the tree to prevent loggers of the Pacific Lumber Company from cutting it down.

Home-made shirts to wear to the Yo Gabba Gabba Live show. Brobee for Mary Helen and Muno for Sylvie. DJ Biz Markie was definitely the highlight. He was like a big beat boxing santa claus - he sat kids from the audience on his lap and taught them a beat. So Cute!!
